SUNRISE, FL-IKON Office Solutions Inc., a global office equipment supplier based in Malvern, PA, has inked a sublease for 12,420 sf of office space in the Saw-Ban Office Building in Sunrise, FL. The lease is a relocation of the company’s local offices; about 60 workers are making the move.

The 30-month lease is valued at $498,042, or $16.04 per sf. The property is located at 1401 N.W. 136th Ave. and has a total of 105,487 sf.

The company is subleasing the space from GetThere.com, which never move in. “So they were able to take advantage of some very competitive lease rates on the front end,” a Brenner Real Estate Group spokeswoman tells GlobeSt.com.

Adam C. Starr, associate/brokerage for Brenner Real Estate Group of Fort Lauderdale, represented the property owner, Saw-Ban Ltd., in the transaction. David Preve and Matt Feeney of Cresa Partners represented IKON Office Solutions.
