LONDON-Terrace Hill Group has started work on a £18 million ($30 million) mixed-use development at Queen Elizabeth park in Guildford, Surrey. The scheme comprises a 11,200-sf Budgens foodstore; a 25,500-sf Esporta health and fitness club and a 6,500-sf Academy nursery. There will also be 42,500 sf of freehold offices available in a small units.

A first phase of 18,500 sf in 13 office units is being built on a speculative basis and these will be available to buy towards the end of this year. The other elements of the scheme will be completed simultaneously.

FPDSavills acted on the leisure element, while Gascoignes and Hurst Warne are acting on the office scheme. Romans Commercial advised on the site purchase.
