MANHATTAN BEACH, CA-Pan Pacific Retail Properties of San Diego has signed two subleases totaling 8,000 sf at 3500 N. Sepulveda Blvd. to two Manhattan Beach-based real estate companies, according to Resource Commercial Real Estate Inc.

Keller Williams Realty has signed a lease for 4,720 sf for second-floor space at 3500 Sepulveda Blvd. while Tradewinds Escrow Inc. took 3,278 sf for another portion of the second-floor space at the same address. Each sublease is for two years and each is for a total consideration of approximately $200,000.
