LOS ANGELES-Marshall & Swift, Inc., a provider of residential and commercial real estate data and appraisal technologies, moved into the entire eighth floor of the 911 Wilshire Blvd. building in Downtown Los Angeles in an expansion that more than doubled its space.

Rob Fuelling, marketing director for Downtown LA-based Investment Development Services Inc., says Marshall & Swift subleased 22,251 sf at the 22-story tower, where it already occupies 16,000 sf on the 16th floor of the 376,000-sf tower. The building is approximately 75% occupied. Fuelling represented Marshall & Swift in its expansion, with Craig Cahow in the LA office for Dallas-based Staubach Co. representing URS Corp., the sublandlord. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Marshall & Swift, established more than 70 years ago, provides a range of services based on the gathering and monitoring of the latest developments in building occupancies, components and technologies.
