Insite Shepherds Through Three Commercial Deals

DETROIT-Two retail plazas and an industrial building in the city have all sold in deals arranged by local broker Insite.

DETROIT-Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide of Southfield has handled threesignificant deals lately.

The company recently announced the sale of 30612 Ford Road in Garden City onbehalf of Ford Merriman LLC. Tony Morelli, investment associate at Insiterepresented the seller, Ford Road Group, in this transaction.The property is a three store plaza in Garden City.

Insite also sold 12747 Stout in Detroit on behalf of Albert Philips.Christian Hill, industrial associate at Insite represented the seller, NSISpecialties, in this sale transaction. NSI is a constructioncompany that specializes in building gas stations.

The company also announced the 40,000-sf sale of 39725 Garfield in ClintonTownship on behalf of Bridgewood Common Shopping Center Inc. Tony Morelliand Viktor Gjonaj of Insite represented the seller on this transaction.
