LYNNWOOD-The Alderwood Plaza Shopping Center, directly adjacent to the Alderwood Regional Mall, closed escrow last week in a transaction valued at $21 million.

Located at the Southwest Corner of 33rd Avenue West and 184th Street Southwest, the 178,581-sf center was built in 1980. Anchor tenants include QFC, Office Max, Rite Aid, and Big 5 Sporting Goods. Other tenants include Aaron Brothers Art & Framing, Red Robin Restaurant, Trendwest Resorts, Payless ShoeSource, Household Finance and Seattle’s Best Coffee.

Paul Sleeth from the Seattle office of Colliers International represented the seller-the estate of James Campbell. The buyer was Gramor Development WA LLC.
