VNA Reworks Lease for 11,079 SF

SANTA ANA, CA-The Visiting Nurse Association’s Home Health Systems has signed an eight-year, $1.8-million renewal for its Orange County executive offices, according to Charles Dunn Co.’s Premier Services Group.

Tim Good and Erik Good, both in Dunn’s Irvine office, represented MDG Capital Group, owner of the building, which is part of Carnegie Centre Business Park. The nursing agency’s offices are in a 48,000-sf building at 2500 Red Hill Ave.

Tim Good tells GlobeSt.com that the VNA renewed early on its previous lease, which was due to expire in about two years. He says the agency was leasing about 24,000 sf, but has reduced its offices to 11,079 sf with the new lease. The VNA was represented by Alex Hayden of the Newport Beach office of CB Richard Ellis Inc.

The 2500 Red Hill Ave. building was completed in 1985. The two-story, concrete tilt-up structure remains about 80% occupied with VNA’s signing of the new lease.
