WOODLAND HILLS, CA-A medical billing management firm has signed a five-year, five-month lease valued at approximately $4.8 million for 35,669 sf of office space in Warner Corporate Center, according to Grubb & Ellis.

COMP Medical will triple the amount of space it occupies when it relocates to 21300 Victory Blvd. in September, according to Jim Lindvall and Dan Sanchez of the North Los Angeles office of Grubb & Ellis, who represented the tenant. The Grubb & Ellis brokers say the new space will house the headquarters and a patient scheduling and billing service center for COMP, which will be relocating from 11,581 sf of leased space in Tarzana. The move is a result of continuing growth at the firm, which is an outsource billing service for doctors.

The building owner, San Francisco-based 21300 Victory Boulevard LLC, was represented by Mark Leonard of the Sherman Oaks office of CB Richard Ellis Inc.
