Outstate Deals Performed by Two Firms

DETROIT-Two companies recently handled three small transactions in the outstate Michigan area.

Signature Associates-ONCOR International negotiated the sale of the 20,000-sf Trestlebridge American Express building located at Lovers Lane in Kalamazoo, MI to Carl Walker Inc., a parking studies and operations consulting group.

Jeff Frizzell of Signature brokered the deal on behalf of MRG, LLC., who owned the building.

The company also negotiated a 2,000-sf lease of the Little Chick Shoe building located at Kilgore & Westnedge in Kalamazoo to Electrolux, a national vacuum cleaners sales company.

Friedman Real Estate Group Inc., of Southfield, MI, recently completed the lease of 7,500-sf of retail space at the new Edelweiss Shopping Center in Gaylord, MI, in the northern portion of the state.

The tenant, Dress Barn, is a retailer of women’s career and casual fashions.

This shopping center is anchored by Super Walmart.
