Two Tenants Tap 20,478 SF at Lincoln Park

PHOENIX-The 224,308-sf Lincoln Commerce Park, which opened last year, has signed Vistar Corp. and Granberry Supply Corp. for a combined 20,478 sf.

Colorado-based Vistar Corp., a distributor of food services and vending products, will open a Merchant Smart facility at 2130 S. Seventh Ave. The 11,773-sf location will serve as a “cash and carry wholesale provider” to smaller food service operators, according to Dave Shea, manager of Merchant Smart.

The company plans to move into its new space in August, marking its second Arizona location. Vistar currently operates a large distribution facility in Tempe. “We see this as an opportunity to better serve our customer base,” Shea said in a press release. He added Vistar chose the park for its “convenient location and the fact that it is a new property.”

Meanwhile, Granberry Supply Corp. inked a lease for 8,705 sf at Lincoln Commerce Park to house a “Complete Safety Products” division. The company is an industrial distributor of safety equipment for the mining, construction and manufacturing industries. The firm will be relocating in October from at 2901 W. Osborn Rd.

Jeff Conrad and Allen Lowe, both with Lee & Associates Arizona’s Phoenix office, are the leasing agents for Lincoln Commerce Park, a four-building complex that sits on 33.3 acres.
