MOUNT PROSPECT, IL-A 3,000-sf building across from Golf Plaza I at Golf and Busse roads in this northwest suburb will be leased by Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins under a long-term deal. Palatine-based the DiMucci Cos., which owns Golf Plaza I, says it cost $1 million to develop the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins outlet.

Although VP Joseph DiMucci says the building is ready for immediate occupancy, an opening is set for Sept. 1.In unrelated deals further north, Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bank has leased 4,000 sf at Red Top Plaza on Milwaukee Avenue in Libertyville while fast-food chain Subway has doubled its lease to 1,600 sf. The deals were done by Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. senior leasing representative Barb Kading along with Andy Robbins of Mid-America Investment and Development Co., who represented Fifth Third Bank.
