CHICAGO-Ivan Noel Salon, formerly a major tenant at 12 W. Maple St. on the Near North Side, now collects the rent at the four-story, 18,314-sf retail and office building. The price paid by the entity controlled by the salon was not disclosed, but property records reveal the deal was done with help from a $2.57-million mortgage from Harris Bank of Arlington Heights at 5.75%.
