SUNRISE, FL-Three leases totaling 11,556 sf have been signed at Sawgrass International Corporate Park here estimated to be worth at least $586,000 combined.

The leases are in Office Campuses B and C, where quoted rents are from $13 per sf. The property owner is Camtech Associates JV, a Stiles Corp. partnership.

In one deal, Medical Web Services, a one-year-old Internet marketing company, leased 5,211 sf at Campus B, 440 Sawgrass Corp. Parkway, Suite 210, for five years. This site serves as the company’s headquarters. The company expects to add to its 30 employees there in the near future. Medical Web Services is a full-service information technology solution provider that specializes in Internet marketing services for the health care industry.

Also in Campus B, Suite 120, Consulting Connections signed a 2,400-sf lease for three years. Consulting Connections sells travel club memberships and is an affiliate of the American Travel Network Group. The company’s new headquarters will house 15 employees. “This area is a natural hub for our industry, and this site meets all of our company’s needs,” according to company vice president Jean Kilani.

Stiles leasing agent Felicia Rifenburgh handled both leases.

In Campus C, at 480 Sawgrass Corp. Parkway, Bombardier Recreational Products, signed a 3,945-sf lease for three years. This location serves as a sales and service technical support office with 13 workers serving Latin America. A group of Bombardier Motor Corp., the company offers such products as lear jets, trains and personal watercraft.

Stiles Realty broker Jimmy Rogers handled the lease for the property owner.

Stiles Corp. launched the 612-acre Sawgrass International Corporate Park, located at Interstate 75, Interstate 595 and the Sawgrass Expressway, in 1987.
