LONDON-British Land has sold its remaining interest in the St Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre in Dublin. The company developed the 300,000-sf mall on a prominent site at the southern end of Grafton Street in 1988, and refurbished and extended it in 1997.

In 2001, BL sold a 73% interest to Irish Life, and now it has sold the remaining 27% stake to an Irish investor for €64 million ($74 million).

The scheme has a strong tenant line-up and major multiples represented include Benneton; Mothercare; Dunnes and TK Maxx. The current rent roll is in excess of €11 million ($13 million).
