MIAMI-Construction is scheduled to begin next week on 6000 Indian Creek, a $27 million, 25-story, 35-unit ultra-luxury condominium tower planned for Miami Beach.

BSG Development Corp. is developing the project on the last site on the Intracoastal Waterway on Miami Beach. The tower was 85% sold at press time.

Homes are pre-sale priced from the $650,000s to nearly $2 million. The glass-enclosed elliptical tower will have one or two units per floor. Units will range from 1,300 sf to 5,500 sf. Half-floor units will have two bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, and full-floor units will have three bedrooms and 3 ½ baths.

BSG Development’s principals include architects Charles Sieger and Jose Suarez of The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership; Ronald Bloomberg, president of Centaur Realty Organization, a Miami Beach real estate investment and brokerage firm; and general contractor Ronald Gaines of GS2 Corp., a Sieger Suarez construction management affiliate.
