LONDON-CLS has been granted detailed planning permission and conservation area consent for a mixed use scheme totalling 80,143 sf, at Tinworth Street, London SE11, immediately adjacent to its 163,000-sf Spring Gardens development which is fully let to the UK Government.

The focal point of the scheme is a striking new building providing 69,030 sf of fully specified offices. Other elements of the scheme include 1,700 sf of retail; 4,013 sf of restaurant space and six apartments totalling 5,400 sf.

CLS Executive Chairman, Sten Mortstedt, commented: “This will further enhance our presence in this increasingly popular area of London, close to Vauxhall Station, and our contribution to the regeneration of this area.”
