Boca Developers to Break Ground on Deerfield Beach Condo Project

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL-Boca Developers, which has several luxury condominium projects under development in South Florida, is planning the groundbreaking of yet another one this fall, this one located here.

Orchid Beach will have 44 units in two five-story buildings. This luxury, oceanfront project offers units averaging 2,500 sf. The project’s two- and three-bedroom residences range from 2,400 sf to 2,900 sf and have dens, media rooms and extra baths. The residences will have imported Italian cabinetry, granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances in the kitchens, marble baths, 9-ft. ceilings and a security system. Other luxury amenities will include a large pool and spa, a professionally equipped fitness center, a gated entry and covered parking.

Unit prices at Orchid Beach range from $500,000 to more than $1 million. Delivery is scheduled for summer 2004.

Orchid Beach nearly sold out within 90 days of starting its sales program. International Sales Group is the exclusive sales and marketing broker for Orchid Beach and Boca Developers’ other projects. Stuart Feder is Orchid Beach’s director of sales.

According to Philip Spiegelman, president of International Sales Group, reservations for Orchid Beach units are being converted to contract. “This property was destined for success because of its strategic location directly on the beach and close proximity to commercial and retail establishments,” Spiegelman says.

Orchid Beach was designed by The Benedict Group Architect and Planning. Boca Developers, based in Boca Raton, FL, specializes in luxury high-rise condos. Its other South Florida developments include The Peninsula, Hamptons South, Mizner Grand, Townsend Place, Biscayne Landing and Aragon. Boca Developers also is developing a 600-unit development on the beach in Pompano, FL, and a 200-acre master-planned community in North Miami, FL–both joint ventures with the Swerdlow Real Estate Group.
