MEDLEY, FL-In a move to consolidate its offices and save money, Tracfone Wireless Inc. has signed a 30,318-sf three-year lease valued at $1.1 million in Medley, FL. The space is located at 9700 N.W. 112th Ave. at the Union Planters Operations Center and has a value that equates to approximately $12.09 per sf.

“We consolidated our call and data centers into one location,” says Joe Mirto, director of facilities for Tracfone Wireless. “Alliance helped move Tracfone to a more cost-effective building that will provide significant savings for the next several years.”

Ernesto Casal of Miami-based Alliance Companies Inc. represented Tracfone in the transaction, and Wayne Schuchts and Michael Hinton of CB Commercial represented Union Planters Operations Center.Tracfone is a subsidiary of publicly traded América Móvil, a large Latin American provider of mobile phones.
