ROMEOVILLE, IL-Stamar Packaging has paid $4.5 million for a 120,140-sf building in the Marquette Industrial Park, relocating from Chicago. Oak Brook-based CenterPoint Properties Trust, which paid $2.9 million for the building in 1997 but renovated the warehouse and loading areas, sold the building at 1415 Enterprise Dr.

CenterPoint Properties Trust acquired the property from McKesson Drug, which built the facility in 1980.

Gerard J. Keating and Daniel P. Leahy of NAI Hiffman’s industrial brokerage group represented CenterPoint Properties Trust while Stephen J. Connolly of NAI Hiffman represented Stamar Packaging, which sells corrugated packaging materials.
