ENGLEWOOD, CO-Kenyon Place Apartments of Delaware LLC paid $5.1 million, or $45,535 per unit, for the 112-unit Kenyon Place Apartments here, a city southwest of Denver. The buyer assumed an existing loan of $2.8 million that carries an interest rate of 7.15%.

The seller was a local investor, as was the buyer. Marcus & Millichap brokers David Potarf, Dan Woodward and Tim Shunta represented the seller. Tom Welsh and Jerry Thompson of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer.

“Kenyon Place Apartments has a solid, infill location near Swedish Hospital and Englewood High School,” says Shunta. The property was constructed in 1974.
