KENDALL, FL-Walton Lantaff Schroeder & Carson has renewed and expanded its lease to 24,000 sf at 9350 Financial Centre here, increasing its space 3,000 sf for the next 10 years.

The building, located at 9350 S. Dixie Highway, has a rental range of $23 to $24 per sf, making the lease worth at least an estimated $5.5 million.

The 16-story, 106,000-sf, class A office building 9350 Financial Centre is adjacent to a MetroRail and has an on-site restaurant and bank. The building’s occupancy is 92%-plus.

Laurel Lucas, an associate with Trammell Crow Co.’s Miami/Dade leasing team, represented Principal Global Investors in the transaction. There was no co-broker.
