LONDON-Terrace Hill and The Longford Group have completed their 34,505-sf seven-storey office development at 16 Berekeley Street in Mayfair. The project was started on a speculative basis but failed to let during construction.

Terrace Hill director Robert Lane said: “This development has been designed to meet the needs of the modern corporate occupier seeking a prestigious Mayfair headquarters.”

Letting agents DE & J Levy, Doherty Baines and Edward Charles & Partners have relaunched their marketing campaign with a quoting rent of £65 ($110) per sf.
