Deals Push 33 N. LaSalle Occupancy to 92%

CHICAGO-A flurry of leasing activity at 33 N. LaSalle St. has boosted occupancy in the 38-story building just south of City Hall to 92%. Golub & Co., which manages the building it owns with joint venture partner Praedium Opportunity Fund II, has signed deals totaling 74,000 sf, the largest being The Institute for the International Education of Students’ renewal and expansion for 28,550 sf.

Two law firms–Young, Rosen, Finkel & Silbert as well as Romanucci & Blandin–signed renewals and expansions totaling 15,080 sf. Six other law firms–Vanasco, Genelly & Miller/Merrick & Klimek, PC; DiVincenzo Schoenfield Swartzman; Gerard A. Facchini & Associates; Liston & Lafakis; The Patterson Law Firm; as well as Geraghty & Stein–signed new deals totaling 21,470 sf.
