Knutson Construction's Darin Foreman Reassigned to Iowa City

MINNEAPOLIS-Darin Foreman has decided to leave the Minneapolis office of Knutson Construction Services and return to Iowa, where he will work in Knutson’s Iowa City, IA, office.

As a project manager for Knutson Construction Services, Foreman will work on such project assignments as Brown Deer Club House, Coralville, Iowa, and the Court Street Transit Center, Iowa City, Iowa. Foreman’s responsibilities during both the pre-construction and construction phases include preparation of budget estimates, value engineering, systems cost analysis scheduling of both design and construction activities, subcontract negotiation and award, project administration, scheduling and cost control.

Forman received his BA from Coe College in Cedar Rapids. Foreman, a native of Cedar Rapids, said he looks “forward to bringing my family home while continuing to work for Knutson Construction, and being involved in the community again.”
