ORANGE, CA-Three buildings in the North Batavia Business Center have been sold for $1.8 million, or $108 per sf. The properties sold by locally based Looney Trust total 16,734 sf, and involve relocations from smaller quarters in Anaheim. The largest building, a 6,193-sf asset at 2294-D N. Batavia St., was acquired by Brownie’s Suede and Leather. The suede and leather cleaning company is moving from 3,500 sf in Anaheim. Troy Williams and Jeff Read of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office represented the Looney Trust in all three sales. Curt Stalder and John Martin of Lee & Associates represented Brownie’s Suede and Leather.

RB Fabrication bought a 5,291-sf building at 2296-B N. Batavia St. for offices and metal fabrication operations. The company, represented by John Manion of NAI Capital Commercial, is moving from 2,500 sf in Anaheim.

General contracting firm Tri-City Builders, Inc. bought a 5,250-sf building 2294-E N. Batavia St. for its corporate offices and storage, relocating from 3,500 sf in Anaheim. L.R. Sanders and Shawn Kelter of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Tri-City Builders, Inc.
