ORANGE, CA-TransUnion’s credit is good enough to move up to the penthouse. The consumer credit firm has expanded its lease to 19,632 sf at the 10-story TriCentre building, signing a 10-year renewal.

The deal at 333 S. Anita is valued at more than $6.5 million, which works out to $33.11 per sf. It also represents an expansion of 3,300 sf.

TransUnion employees have a bird’s-eye view of nearby Anaheim Stadium from their new space. “We’re hoping that our Angels will be back to their winning ways next spring, for at least the next 10 years,” says Transwestern Commercial Services senior vice president Greg May of the 2002 world champions.

May handled negotiations along with Chris Shea for Chicago-based Transwestern Investment Co., which owns the 212,325-sf building at the junction of Interstates 5, 22 and 57 in a joint venture with Mutual of New York. Lonnie Riddle of Grubb & Ellis represented TransUnion.
