Plumbing Firm Doubles Space

YORBA LINDA, CA-Plumbing Concepts, a commercial and residential plumbing contractor, has doubled its plant capacity by acquiring a 30,922-sf industrial facility here in a 1031 exchange in which the contractor also sold its former facility in Anaheim, according to GVA Daum.

Chris Migliori in the Anaheim office of GVA Daum reports that Plumbing Concepts was slated to move this month into its new headquarters, which is at 22951 E. La Palma Ave. The plumbing contractor will employ approximately 60 workers at the new site. Migliori represented Plumbing Concepts in the $2.5 million purchase of the property, with the seller, a locally based private individual, represented by Walt Frome and Bill Livesay of Trammell Crow Co. Migliori also represented both Plumbing Concepts and the buyer of its former facility, HC Development, in the sale of the plumbing contractors former 13,800-sf industrial facility in Anaheim for nearly $1.3 million. That property is at 1126 N. Fountain Way.
