LONDON-Antler Property Investments, the private investment company headed by Alan Welsh, has acquired the freehold investment of 227 Bath Road, Slough from Aberdeen Asset Management for £10.25 million ($17 million) reflecting a net initial yield of 7.75%.

Developed to a high specification in the late 1990s by Barclays Property, the 30,670-sf office building is let to Network Associates International on an 18-year lease from September 1999 at a rent of £840,125 ($1.4 million) per annum.

Knight Frank advised Antler and Strutt & Parker advised Aberdeen Asset Management.
