IRVINE, CA-Asics America Corp. has renewed its lease for 35,363 sf of space at 16275 Laguna Canyon in the Irvine Spectrum, one of three recent leases accounting for a total of more than 72,000 sf of transactions, according to CB Richard Ellis.

J. Chip Wright of the Newport Beach office of CB Richard Ellis represented Asics, with Mike Wood of Sares-Regis representing the Landlord, Irvine Oaks Realty Holding.

The two Santa Ana transactions included a 27,500-sf sublease by Xanadu Corp., dba Unicorn Delivery, and a 9,360-sf renewal by Talimar Systems.

Xanadu is subleasing its space from Mission Hockey at 1801-B Standard Ave., according to Dave Desper of the Newport Beach office of CB Richard Ellis, who represented Mission. The sublease is for 26 months at a total consideration of more than $371,000. Xanadu was represented by Peter Sowa of Cushman & Wakefield.

Talimar Systems renewed its lease at 3105 W. Alpine in a 36-month deal valued at $200,000. Desper represented both Talimar and the landlord, the RREEF Funds.
