LONDON-CLS has sold Coombe Hill House in New Malden, South-West London and Colne House in Watford, Hertfordshire to the Scarborough Property Group for a total of £12.3 million ($21 million) , representing a net profit of £700,000 ($1.2 million).

Built in 1990, Coombe Hill House is a 38,000-sf office building let to Interval International at £673,000 ($1.14 million) per annum. This lease expires in May 2016 and the tenant has a break option in September 2011.

Colne House was built in the mid 1980s and provides 24,747 sf let to Hitachi Europe at a rent of £670,000 ($1.14 million) per annum. This lease expires in September 2010.

Executive Chairman, Sten Mortstedt, said: “We are pleased to have concluded a sale to Scarborough Property Group at a time of strong investment demand despite continuing uncertainty in the occupational market.”
