PHILADELPHIA-In a major expansion, locally based All American Screen Printing Machine and Supply buys the 45,000-sf Jesse Jones Box Corp. building at 499 East Erie Ave. for approximately $700,000 or about $15.56 per sf. The company, currently located in a 7,000-sf building on Ontario St., will move to its new quarters by year-end.

The all-brick, partial two-story building contains industrial production, warehouse and office space, including 10,000 sf of finished, second-floor office space. In the industrial/warehouse space, there are subdivided areas for stamping, paper cutting and maintenance activities.

The building is wet sprinkler protected and has two weather-protected tailgate loading docks and two drive-in loading doors. There is also sufficient street frontage to accommodate four drive-in loading bays.

Patrick Green, SVP in the Center City office of CB Richard Ellis, represented the seller, which is locally based B & SF Realty LP. Green was the sole agent in the sale negotiations.
