BOLINGBROOK, IL-Denver-based ProLogis’ 2003 acquisitions include one in the I-55 Corridor. The company paid Prudential Insurance Co. of America nearly $5.8 million for a 154,340-sf building on 5.7 acres at 485 Crossroads.

The building in Crossroads Business Park includes 18 loading docks and 24-ft clear ceiling height. It is occupied by two tenants.

Paine/Wetzel • ONCOR International principals Gerald F. Sullivan and Edward C. Wabick along with associate Steven D. Bass represented Prudential Insurance Co. of America, while Walter Murphy of Cushman & Wakefield represented ProLogis.

Meanwhile, in unrelated deals in the I-55 Corridor, more than 150,000 sf has been leased at Wood Hill Crossings Business Park on Davey Road in Woodridge, which fills the project near the confluence of I-55, I-355 at Route 53. GKN Walterscheid has leased 80,810 sf; DiMare Fresh Inc. has leased 58,723 sf; and Trelltex Inc. has leased 23,056 sf. Dan Griebel, Dan Cawley and Chris Crnkovich of Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate, along with Tom Boyle and Tim Thompson of HSA Commercial represented Bridge Development and Berwind Property Group in the deals. Rick Daly of Darwin Realty and Development represented GKN Walterscheid. Jack Cozzie of Grubb & Ellis represented DiMare Fresh Inc. Jeanne Rogers of Arthur J. Rogers & Company represented Trelltex.
