PHOENIX-A supplier of display grocery racks has taken a five-year lease on 12,365 sf of office/warehouse space in a newly constructed general industrial building to bring the Phoenix facility to full occupancy.

Complete Sales Components Inc. inked the deal for space in Interstate Commons at 5750 W. Roosevelt St. in a move that allowed the new tenant to expand its operations, Gary Anderson, with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. “They liked the image of the project,” says Anderson, who represented building owner, EastGroup Properties of Jackson, MS. “They liked the look and feel of the building and the way it was laid out for their operation.”

The tenant, one of several smaller businesses located at the West Phoenix facility, will pay more than 30 cents per sf under the arrangement for a total consideration of more than $222,570 over the term. Complete Sales Components was assisted in the transaction by Keith Lasch with Realty Executives of Phoenix.
