WAYNE, NJ-L.J. Melody & Co. has arranged a permanent financing package totaling $15 million for a portfolio of mixed-use industrial properties within Wayne Hills Business Center here. Wayne Hills Business Center, which was developed in several stages between 1968 and 1988, consists of a mix of office and warehouse space totaling just under 358,300 sf.

Nationwide Life Insurance Co. provided the funding on behalf of the owner of the complex, the locally based Stro Co. Inc. James Gunning, director of L.J. Melody’s Paramus, NJ regional office, secured the funding for the transaction along with Wachovia/Maher Partners.

L.J. Melody, a CB Richard Ellis company, has its headquarters office in Houston.
