JERSEY CITY, NJ-Phoenix Warehouse, a third-party logistics company, has re-upped for a total of 124,500 sf of industrial space at 1A Colony Rd. here. The company uses the space as a warehouse and distribution center.

CB Richard Ellis repped both the tenant and the property owner, Cabot Acquisitions, an affiliate of the Boston-based Cabot Industrial Trust. For CBRE, first vice presidents Bill Waxman and Kevin Welsh, along with senior associate Nicholas Nitti and associate Carrie Brown did the deal. Terms of the signing were not disclosed.

“The lease renewal allowed the tenant to take advantage of the strategic location at today’s rates,” according to Waxman. “The landlord maintained an excellent long-term tenant.”
