HAM LAKE, MN-Sterion Inc. has bought all the assets of the Fargo, ND-based Burger Time Corp., a drive-thu chain of restaurants with a focus on hamburgers.

The chain owns and operates 11 drive-thru restaurants in the Upper Midwest. Sterion, a medical device company that also supplies emergency oxygen and related services, would not disclose the terms of the cash deal. Sterion Inc., headquartered in Ham Lake, develops, manufactures, and markets medical products and through its LifeSafe Services subsidiary provides emergency oxygen and related services.
