EL SEGUNDO, CA- ING North America Insurance Co. has signed an 86-month, $11-million lease for more than 73,000 sf of space at the 500,000-sf Pacific Corporate Towers in an expansion and relocation of its West Coast offices, according to Julien J. Studley Inc. Studley also reports that talent agency Rebel Entertainment has expanded into 7,000 sf at the Wilshire Courtyard in the Miracle Mile district.Bruce Schuman of Studley reports that ING is taking the 11th, 12th and 14th floors in the office project at 200 Sepulveda Blvd. Schuman and Studley’s Craig Jablin, along with a CLW Real Estate Services team of Steve Ernst and Tom Wille, represented ING. John Ayoob from CB Richard Ellis represented Pacific Corporate Towers.ING is a member of the ING Group, which provides financial products and services to customers worldwide. It expects to move into the new space in October 2004 from 53,600 sf of space at 2780 Skypark Drive, Torrance and 13,400 sf at 2377 Crenshaw Blvd. In the Miracle Mile lease, talent agency Rebel Entertainment Partners, formerly Abrams-Rubaloff & Lawrence, signed a seven-year, $1.5 million lease for a relocation into 7,000 sf of space at the Wilshire Courtyard building, 5700 Wilshire Blvd. The company formerly was at 8075 W. Third St. Leonard Nadler and Robert Cavaiola of Studley represented the talent agency. Nadler notes that Rebel Entertainment sought to enhance its image by moving into a building that houses some other big name entertainment companies, including E! Entertainment, Spelling Entertainment and Variety. It has already moved into the space in an expansion from 5,000 sf at its previous location, where it had been for 21 years. The owner of Wilshire Courtyard, McCarthy Cook & Co., was represented in-house by Tolliver Morris. Rebel Entertainment represents celebrities, directors, producers, and production companies specializing in non-scripted programming such as talk, game, news, late-night and reality television.
