NEWPORT NEWS, VA-There is little space left available at Rock Landing II now that law firm Stallings & Associates PLC has signed on to occupy 1,000 sf at the two-story, 33,000-sf office structure. Specific terms of the firm’s lease agreement have not bee disclosed; however, building owner Liberty Property LP markets space at the class A facility for $17 per-sf. Divaris Real Estate Services Inc. represented tenant Vance Stallings in the transaction.

Rock Landing II is an 18-year-old glass and brick building that sits on a nearly five-acre parcel in the Oyster Point section of the city at 11838 Rock Landing Dr. Less than 1,000 sf remain available at the property, which is also home to Chase Manhattan. Rock Landing II is the companion building to Rock Landing I, the four-story 63,000-sf structure next door where space also leases for $17 per sf.
