PEMBROKE PINES, FL-Four new retail tenants have signed leases for Flamingo Pines Shopping Center here committing to a total of 10,722 sf valued at an aggregate $1 million. The leases bring the center to 98% occupied–up from 93% occupancy last fall.

Victory Lane Race Bar & Grill, a family sports restaurant and bar, is taking 6,347 sf at 282 S. Flamingo Rd.; Leslie’s Poolmart inked a deal for 2,280 sf at 100 S. Flamingo Rd.; the Hoover Co. signed a lease for 1,220 sf at 102 S. Flamingo Rd.; and Allstate Insurance is taking 875 sf at 12566 Pines Blvd. Gary M. Corbman, president of Cormark Realty Advisors, represented the shopping center in the deals.

A Publix grocery store, Keiser College and the US Postal Center anchor the 257,000-sf center, located at the southwest corner of Pines Boulevard and Flamingo Road.
