ATLANTA-Capping a record production year in 2003 with total transactional volume of $430 million, local broker C. Whitney Knoll has been named a partner and principal in Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. Crow was senior vice president and director of retail investment services. His replacement for the investment services position hasn’t been named.

Knoll negotiated a total $600 million in transactions over a four-year career at Crow. He has been recognized by his peers nationally for having participated in $1 billion in commercial deals over a 20-year career.

In 2003, he and John M. Crossman, senior vice president, retail investment services division, Orlando, closed on 57 properties in 17 states valued at $430 million.
