BAYONNE, NJ-CB Richard Ellis and Pantheon Properties have picked up the assignment to market the 225,024-sf building at 150 Pulaski St. here for owner Dynamic Delivery. The asset, situated on a 10-acre site, is available for sale or lease. The effort is being headed for CBRE’s tri-state industrial group by first vice presidents William R. Waxman and Gary E. Capetta, and senior associate Nicholas J. Nitti. The rep for New York-based Pantheon is CEO Ken Cohen.

According to Waxman, the building is a fully-racked garment distribution facility with close proximity to the Holland Tunnel, Newark Liberty International Airport and the ports of Newark and Elizabeth, NJ. Its features include 30- by 50-foot column spacing, 20-foot clear ceilings, 28 dock doors and parking for 150 vehicles.

“We expect demand for this building to be high,” Waxman says.
