WALTHAM, MA-Media giant Reed Elsevier has leased 90,000 sf at 225 Wyman St. in the Hobbs Brook Office Park. The 10-year lease is projected to commence in 2005.”Reed Elsevier looked at a variety of available spaces, from Back Bay to I-495, but finally decided to relocate to 225 Wyman St., due to its location, the quality of the space and the economics of the transaction. Additionally, the park offers generous parking and expansion opportunities,” Meredith & Grew vice president James L. Elcock tells Globest.com. Reed Elsevier is currently located at 2 Newton Place.Elcock represented the tenant, working with Charles E. Batchelder, president of Wyman Street Advisors, who represented the landlord, 275 Wyman St. LLC.Built in 1954, 225 Wyman Street is a 140,000-sf building, located immediately adjacent to Route 128.
