BURLINGTON, MA-Relicore, a provider of automated, real-time IT service configuration solutions, signed a new lease for 14,250 here at One Burlington Road. Relicore will occupy the same space as before, but the new lease is a direct agreement with Burlington Woods Office Park rather than a sublease.

“This was a very good, flexible situation for Relicore and in turn for the landlord,” says Michael Dalton, senior vice president of the Trammell Crow Company. “Both parties ended up with exactly what they wanted.”

Dalton and Brian Hines, principal of Trammell Crow Co. represented Relicore. Leslie Lanne, assistant vice president of Spaulding and Slye, represented owner Burlington Woods Office Park.

Built between 1981 and 1984, Burlington Woods Office Park is a four-building 388,000-sf facility that sits on 42 landscaped acres with walking trails throughout the facility. One Burlington Road is a three-story 122,007-sf class A office building in the park. The building features a renovated atrium lobby, and amenities such as a full-service Rebecca’s Café, exercise facilities with lockers and showers. One Burlington Road is now 76% occupied. Details of the lease were not released, but Trammell Crow Company’s website lists rents at $19 to 20 per sf.
