ORLANDO-Cleveland-based entrepreneurs Matt Harper and Eddie Cerino are counting on the Vance Realty Group of Orlando to find 12 Central Florida restaurant sites for their franchised San Francisco Oven brand of fast-casual restaurants. They are looking for a total 30,000 sf to 42,000 sf of leased space for restaurants sized from 2,500 sf to 3,500 sf. Each restaurant will seat about 100 patrons.

The Ohio chain plans to open 12 locations over the next five years, Vance broker Michael Mansour tells GlobeSt.com. Mansour, Vance Group president Arnold Matyas and business brokerage manager Rob Molnar are coordinating the site search with local investors Charlotte Jones, Michael Terry and Christoph Warnke, who have purchased the exclusive trade-zone franchise rights for San Francisco Oven concept in Central Florida.

Sites have already been nailed down, and the investment group’s first location is planned for later this year at the MetroWest mixed-use development community in Southwest Orlando. Later openings will be at the University of Central Florida campus in East Orange County, suburban Lake Mary in Seminole county and Ormond Beach in Volusia County. The investors’ territory for new locations extends west from Ocoee to East Orlando and south from Kissimmee to Orlando.
