Sean Ryan is associate editor of Real Estate New Jersey PISCATAWAY, NJ-LNJ Centennial Owner LLC has inked a deal for $28 million in permanent, fixed-rate financing for its 236,961-sf One Centennial Plaza here. Space in the site is split almost exclusively between Great West Life and Annuity Insurance Co., and American Standard Co. The plaza is split between two three-story buildings with a full-height atrium lobby and was built in 1984.

Director Geoffrey Rice of LJ Melody’s New York City office secured the financing for the deal with JP Morgan Chase. The firm, which has New Jersey offices in Saddle Brook, is the real estate banking division of CB Richard Ellis, also with offices in Saddle Brook.
