SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Three companies have leased 22,223 sf of class A office space in five-year deals valued at $3 million. The leasing flurry pushes occupancy to 87% in the 136,000-sf Reliance Northsight.

The largest space taker, Massage Envy Ltd. LLC, took 9,210 sf in a lease valued at $1.2 million for Phoenix-based Reliance Cos., owner of the 14350 N. 87th St. building. The tenant, which operates massage shops across the nation, will use the first-floor space for its world headquarters, says Blake Hastings, a senior associate with Grubb & Ellis
