OAK BROOK, IL-Oxford Bank & Trust is moving its headquarters from Addison in favor of 21,000 sf at 1111 W. 22nd St. The bank, which has six branches in the western suburbs, already had 11,000 sf at the building owned by Equity Office Properties Trust.

Although terms were not disclosed, asking lease rates at the 21-year-old, eight-story building start at $16 per sf. Oxford Bank & Trust will occupy the top floor of the 224,847-sf building designed by Holabird & Root, a regular BOMA award winner from 1999 to 2003. The deal, which takes effect in the fourth quarter, brings vacancy at the East-West Corridor property to 19%.
