Winchester Industrial Condo Finds Buyer

WINCHESTER, MA-Boston-based design/build firm Lee Kimball Kitchens Inc searched for three years before it found a business condo in the Parkview Electronics Park for its new headquarters. Currently located in about 16,000 sf on Canal St. in Boston, the company took title to the 20,000-sf freestanding property with a $1.3 million offer.

Connie Neville with Sperry Van Ness/C.M. Neville & Associates Inc. in Lexington, MA, handled negotiations for the buyer. The building’s former owner, Parkview Electronics LLC, was represented in the sale by Mark Gottesman of NAI Hunneman and Bill Coppins of Coppins & Co.

The firm will move its headquarters, showroom and warehouse operations into the two story brick building early next year once interior renovations on the 2 Lowell Ave. building are completed, Neville says. The five-building industrial park is near the Route 95 and 128 interchange.
