PARSIPPANY, NJ-The Tronex Co. has signed a lease for 46,698 sf of industrial space at 2 Cranberry Rd. here. The company, a Denville-based maker and marketer of disposable products for the healthcare business, will use the space in the 210,000-sf flex building for distribution purposes.

The signing was arranged for the owner, the Yonkers, NY-based AVR Realty, by Kevin Hanlon, senior vice president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage of Morris Plains. The terms of the signing were not released.

The deal is one of several totaling more than 90,000 sf arranged by Hanlon recently. The others include a 10,000-sf industrial lease on behalf of the owner, Fourson Associates, with SOH Distribution Corp. at 5 Astro Place in Denville; a 5,000-sf lease with the Linden Group Corp. at the same facility; and an 8,000-sf office lease on behalf of the tenant, Specialty Surgical, at 376 Lafayette Road LLC’s property of the same name in Sparta. Hanlon also represented the tenant, the Star Ledger, and the owner, West Essex Realty, in a 10,000-sf industrial lease at 25 Commerce Rd. in Fairfield.
