Well-Known Dentists Tap Penthouse Floor

DALLAS-A pair of leading dental surgeons is taking over 6,000 sf of premier space in Preston Center. The long-term lease, kicking in at month’s end, lights the penthouse floor of the eight-story Berkshire Court.

Drs. Brody Hildebrand and Todd Bowman are opening a new peridontics and orthodontics practice in space that won the nod for its in-town views, high-end finish and building reputation, says Michael Griffin with NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell’s Dallas office. He tells GlobeSt.com that negotiations for the 8411 Preston Rd. address lasted about six months after the short list was pared to two buildings, both in Preston Center, after a 10-month site search.

Hildebrand’s new office has balconies on three sides and a marble entrance–architectural accoutrements that helped to seal the deal, says Griffin, who steered the site search for the well-known pair of dentists. He says Hildebrand, a lecturer, wanted an office reflective of his international clientele.

Bill Costello with Berkshire Court Management Co. represented the building owner, Dallas Berkshire Partners, which has the class A office space tagged in the mid- to high $20 per sf range.
